Founded in 1997 by Chef Shinji Taniuchi, Bentoya Kitchen was born out of a deep passion for authentic Japanese cuisine. What began as a humble restaurant in Dubai has grown into a beloved destination for Japanese food lovers across the city.
With a focus on health, quality, and tradition, our menu features a wide range of dishes made from the freshest ingredients — from hand-selected seafood to the flour used in our house-made noodles. At Bentoya, we stay true to classic Japanese flavors while continuously innovating to bring new, trend-forward offerings to the table.
Over two decades later, Bentoya has become synonymous with Japanese food in Dubai.
